Pet Portraits (Digital Painting)

For all the pet owners who love their furry family members like their own flesh and blood, let me create a custom painting for you! You send me reference photos and in the end you receive a custom pet portrait in the form of a digital file (JPEG, PNG, PDF, TIFF files available) . Don't want a pet portrait but interested in a digital art piece? Let me know!

  • Well lit (avoid harsh sunlight or dark conditions)
  • Contain subject face/body
  • Close enough to see details when zoomed in (does not blur when zoomed)
BAD REFERENCE PHOTOS ARE:

  • Blurry (especially when zoomed in)
  • Grainy
  • Contain color distortions like red eyes
  • Poorly lit

STEP THREE: Let's chat!

We will chat about what you're looking for. I will give you a price estimate for the desired commission. If you wish to continue with the commission process after the price estimate is given, a contract will be sent to you outlining: Total Price/Deposit due upfront, Amount due at completion of piece, Payment method, Intended completion date, "Check-in" Schedule/Preview schedule (if desired), Commission Medium (Digital, Acrylic/Canvas/Other), Commission description (including color scheme, reference photos and any requested additions/changes to such, supplies/projected supplies cost), Customer Satisfaction clause/Revision clause, Copyright/Reproduction/Sharing clause, Physical Product/Digital Product Delivery information and Cost, and a Termination Clause.

STEP FOUR: Sign a contract and pay the 50% Non-Refundable deposit.

50% NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit (of total price of commission) is required at the time of contract signing. Please note this deposit will not be refunded in the case of termination of contract by the client or the artist once work has begun on the commission; this is to ensure that my time and supplies are not being wasted.

Work will begin once the deposit has been received.

STEP FIVE: Completion.

Once the piece has been completed, you will receive watermarked photos/versions of it for your review and approval. If you are satisfied with the final product, the 50% remaining payment will be submitted. After I receive the remaining payment, the final product will be sent without watermarks (digital art will be emailed in the desired file format, physical canvas paintings/prints will be either delivered in person if local or shipped to you, shipping cost will be included in the price estimate if this option will be utilized). 

Revisions of Completed Work

If you are not satisfied with the final product, we will discuss revisions. The first round of revisions will be free of charge. If after the first round of revisions you are not satisfied, there will be a charge to do more revisions (the price will be based upon the time estimated to revise/the size of the revisions requested).
